Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hadn't expected a restaurant onsite, that was a huge bonus, as it meant we didn't need to go and look for a place to have dinner after our long drive, we could simply stay put. In the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the shower powerful, and I appreciated being able to make tea and coffee in the room. Everything was very clean. Didn't use the gym, but saw the sign that there was one - will bring my kit the next time I am here.

Comfortable, clean room. Good food, friendly and welcoming staff. Nice relaxed atmosphere in the pub. Great location for me, as it was only a short distance to Little Moreton Hall which I was visiting the following day, and it’s also close to the M6.

It was my first visit to Crewe Hall, although I have been to another Q Hotel venue, Oulton Hall in Leeds. I love it there, so I wanted a similar experience at Crewe Hall and it did not disappoint. A beautiful building in expansive grounds. The facilities are excellent. All staff were so friendly and helpful. The spa facilities were excellent, I would highly recommend the deep tissue massage and the hot stone massage! Will definitely be returning.

Great establishment under new ownership and in a very pleasant location. We would definitely use again and recommend to others. Being on ground level throughout is extremely helpful. The menu was very interesting and offering 3 types of menu options too. A nice fresh cooked menu of traditional dishes, then a menu for pizzas and also hot nibbles menus. On a Sunday there is a very popular carvery option. Our dog was warmly welcomed and she enjoyed the treats and the water bowl brought out for her. All thoughtful touches added to our stay.

Enjoyed a great show at Crewe Lyceum theatre. The theatre itself is really beautiful inside. Also some great locals pubs with very welcoming friendly people & atmosphere, one particularly we liked & had a very enjoyable end of evening drinks there following the theatre was the Express inn with such great hospitality from the owners. Plenty of hotel choices in the area. We Stayed in a Really good hotel too directly opposite the railway station, a lovely historic Victorian building, Crewe arms hotel, recently reopened under new management & very nice fresh & clean with a very warm friendly welcome, we genuinely had a lovely stay with no complaints whatsoever & excellent value for money plus very decent check in & check out times & breakfast available from 6.30 am which is very good if you’ve a train to catch. Great transport links. We got the train in from Chester & it was cheaper & way quicker plus less stressful than if we’d took the car & paid for fuel plus parking overnight. Lots of choices for a great stay whether it’s a stopover, passing through or a general stay for reasons in & around that area

I went to Crewe to see the local area.

I went to Crewe to see the local area. I visited Nantwich and Sandbach. Nantwich is a lovely small town, and Sandbach is a bit bigger, both lovely to visit. The Market in Nantwich is lovely to visit, and there are a couple of National Trust places we didn't have enough time to visit, but we will do next time.

This is not an unbiased opinion!

This is not an unbiased opinion! I used to live and work in Crewe, and still make regular visits. It is an excellent base for travel in all directions, and so ideal for touring holidays, especially using train services. But the town has suffered from the delays and partial cancellation of the "High Speed 2" rail line, and changes prompted by the break up of British Rail. Rail House, the 12 storey office block by the station, is now a derelict eyesore although I understand that Cheshire East Council is endeavouring to address this.

There is absolutely nothing of value in Crewe.

There is absolutely nothing of value in Crewe. There's an abundance of "fast-food" outlets but few restaurants or pubs doing food. It's better as a base for visiting Nantwich or even Chester.

it was a last minute booking, as needed to stop over in crewe for one night, greeted on arrival with a warm welcome shown to room with all relevant information in regards to times for breakfast and checking out the room I can give a 100% for comfort and amenities I can't give a review on the breakfast as dident partake due to personal preference, 100% for staff friendliness, 100% for cleanliness, ample parking will definitely be booking to stay nexst time I visit crewe, and look forward to sampling there breakfast and great evening menu,

We had a lovely time, the room was excellent, we had the breakfast each morning & there is a great verity, the evening meal was very nice & cooked to order. The grounds & the staff were top class you can tell there well trained at their work, and the security team at the entrance do a brilliant job as well. The price for our stay was excellent, and in the future, we won't be using any other hotel in Crewe only this hotel of which is top class.
