Everything. Comfortable in a lovely location. Charlotte had left a number of groceries to get us started which was most appreciated. Everything in the apartment was lovely.

I liked the location. There was a field out side the room with a number of pheasants going through the matting rituals. The dinning room is quaint with decor dating back a while. The food was excellent.

It lives up to its billing - it is a hotel of distinction and very spacious, We had a large modern recently refurbished bedroom with fine cotton linen. Great breakfast in large conservatory. Wonderful views and grounds and lots of parking. No road noise and as bedrooms are separated from the main function rooms, it is wonderfully quiet. Definitely recommend a visit

We stayed for a couple of nights, and it was absolutely wonderful. We felt pampered and very well taken care of. Used the facilities to the fullest, went for walkes, trained at the gym, went to the pool and got treatments at the Spa. A big shout out to Beatrice who was amazing and went above and beyond for a very tired lady.

The location is in one of Kent’s prettiest spots, the Pantiles which is full of history, royal connections and mineral waters. The decor was very stylish, genteel even and welcoming. Lovely colours on the walls, paintings that matched the decor, a very cosy lounge downstairs with a fireplace. This was my second stay and again the staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly. They willingly stored our luggage including a wedding dress before we checked in and even after we checked out. I worked downstairs in the morning and felt relaxed and welcomed. I loved the music which added to the genteel Pantiles vibe. We had a light lunch which was delicious. I recommend the restaurant. I want to make this our family hotel for UK visits.

Spectacular landscape views, there are cute small walks accessible from the property. Delicious cocktails and the chef clearly puts in special effort, the food was excellent. The included breakfast on the balcony was delightful. She we had places to go, we would have loved to stay longer.

Location was perfect for us. Quiet, relaxed, and yet only five minutes drive from Cowden train station into London which was perfect. (Cowden also offers free all day train station parking...a definite plus!)

Crowborough is a nice village with a few shops and supermarkets. The town is clean and has a bus service to Brighton, although not sure how long it would take to get there. Easy access to Tunbridge Wells by bus and car. At the bottom of the town there is the train station, with trains going onto Buxted and Uckfield one way and to London Bridge and Victoria the other.

A very attractive, neat town with friendly and helpful inhabitants and surrounded by scenic countryside. We enjoyed excellent coffee at Carson's Tea House and hot chocolate at the well-maintained train station. My great-grandparents owned Steep Park in the 1920s and are buried at St Denys Church in Rotherfield, so it was an emotional but happy visit - rounded off with a delicious lunch at the King's Arms pub in Rotherfield.

Everything is walking distance, shops, great restaurants, it has a station trains to London Victoria. Fantastic selection of National Trust properties to view. There is Royal Tunbridge Wells about 15mins drive away. The Ashdown Forest is fabulous to walk in. Little Saxby is situated well back from the road, excellent parking and a fabulous view from the bedroom.
