Room, location, staff, acceptable price

I stayed here during a canal walk - it's just a short walk to the Stratford Canal from the hotel. It was a very comfortable and quiet stay at a reasonable price. I didn't have dinner but the breakfast was very good. Everyone was friendly.

Excellent value for money with comfy beds. Room was spotlessly clean and beds remade each day. Tasty and varied breakfast.

Room quality, space and cleanness

This is a very clean and pleasant property. The staff is exceptionally courteous and very professional. We had an issue with the lighting in our room that was promptly rectified.

Best part....short walk through door and you're in the bar. No taxis. Brilliant

Everything! Such a beautiful hotel, everything was on point. I loved it so much. Food especially breakfast was fabulous.

Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished. Excellent breakfast. Lovely grounds and plenty of parking. Quality bedding, towels and toiletries.

When checked in late and the kitchen was closed but asked anyways if we were hungry and if so they could fix somethings for us even though the kitchen was closed. I was very impressed for them asking and willing to make sure we were taken care of.

The reception service was excellent, especially thanks to Rony, who was extremely helpful and friendly. He made the checkin process smooth and assisted with any questions I had throughout my stay. The room was also very nice, clean, comfortable, and wellmaintained. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall welcoming atmosphere.

Stuff were very very helpful, polite and friendly and also Adnans Hotel stray cat Tommy is so cute and friendly. Easy to access to the airport and Birmingham. Bus stop is very close. Walking distance. X1 & X12 bus lines. Gas station is very close you can get everything when you need. Adnans restaurant food is very delicious open 5:00pm 10:00pm.

We stay at Hilton gardens as it is very close to departure for the airport .

Beautiful hotel highly recommend

Breakfast was okay, staff pleasant, rooms clean and to a good standard, just the mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

We arrived much later than planned, and the hotel reception was closed, but a very helpful staff member phoned me as I was on my way to take payment over the phone and gave me the code I needed to access the hotel. I wasn’t expecting much for the money, but the room was great. Spacious and comfortable beds, as well as being very clean. A little dated but that was fine. Thoughtful touches like bottles of water and biscuits too. The surrounding area is lovely, with a range of shops and restaurants a stone’s throw away. We were going to the NEC for Crufts and the hotel were happy for me to leave my car in the car park all day, so we had a 10 minute walk to the station, 7 minutes on the train and then we were right at the NEC, at £3.10 for a return ticket. Saved so much hassle with traffic and parking, as well as being a much cheaper option than staying in Birmingham.

The room was clean and larger than some single rooms I have stayed in. Very limited selection of what could be seen on the television. Sufficient facilities ie tea /coffee and toiletries.

Visitor friendly, good location, so clean and Nigel was very helpful with all issues like rooms, bar and restaurant. Apart from the staying issues he also helps how to manage our visit and transportation. Appreciate.
