Stayed many times with my pet. The better pet friendly rooms look out onto the inner courtyard, those on the road side are not quite enough for a peaceful night.

Breakfast at Laurel Lodge is worth the price alone. It was fantastic !!!. It looked great on the picture included in the booking.com website and when it was served it looked exactly like the photo. Of course, it tasted great as well. That coupled with the friendly atmosphere at this venue made it a great place to stay.

Location was excellent with awesome views and total privacy. Plenty of good things to do and places to visit in the surrounding area.

The accommodation was much bigger than I expected, tastefully designed and furnished, and with everything you need. Double bedroom and two bunk beds in separate room.. The hosts were lovely. The hideaway was in the back.of their garden but this was subdivided and with a separate entrance, so it felt very private. Located in a small village. Shame the local pub was temporarily closed. Also no shops nearby so come prepared. Well stocked, attractive towns a few miles away. The seclusion was part of the appeal. Thoroughly recommend.
