Hotel was very close to downtown and train station. Very clean and friendly staff

I had a great stay, comfy bed, nice and quiet at night and ultimately a brilliant sleep. Check in service was all super simple and great location sat nice and centrally in Hitchin. The staff are all great, very professional and friendly, I felt like I was welcome and it made the stay perfect. Would stay again!

Great place! The owners are wonderful, and the food is great! Its no hotel, but that's the reason I stayed there so I enjoyed the atmosphere and proximity to GSK!

I was particularly impressed with the team from reception to the bar. So helpful, kind and friendly. It made my stay extra special.

Rooms are clean and spacious Facilities are excellent 👌

The hotel was beuatiful and located perfectly to be near restaurants and bars (one nearby even had free live music my first night!) while still being quiet. I absolutely loved the elegance of the hotel, the decor was amazing, bed was comfortable and cosy, my room had a lot of natural light, wonderful water pressure in the shower.

Comfort, location, it was a 80th birthday celebration which we had in the restaurant and it was perfect, delicious food and excellent staff and cosy atmosphere. 5 stars

Very nice and comfortable room Lovely staff and food really good. Hope to return in near future as there Is some really good walking routes starting from the village.
