Pleasant and accommodating with a last minute reservation. Had heavy bags they didn't hesitate to help me with. Gave me helpful suggestions/recommendations to help me navigate getting currency exchanged. Even though I was too tired to participate, there was also a trivia night going on! Food was tasty as well.

Nice and spacious room. The receptionist on duty was really kind when my partner fell ill and could not get out of bed so she allowed us to check out a bit later so he could rest before we had our flight. It was an exceptional ask and I was grateful they could accommodate that.

Room was great, common areas need a re work to make into a nicer experience . Staff could be a bit more positive. My experience was good once we got chatting but customer service needs to be 10 out of 19 in every interaction.

Pretty small town in beautiful countryside.

Pretty small town in beautiful countryside. Lovely and interesting local shops, cafes and pubs. Short car or bus journey from Stansted Airport to Great Dunmow. Also there is a railway station at Stansted Airport which makes London very accessible . The Saracens Head Hotel was our base; it was in the centre of the town. The food was very good there and it had a great ambience, but there were other lovely cafes and pubs in the town. There is a lovely baker and butcher, pharmacies, clothes and antiques shops, an excellent wine shop, a supermarket and plenty of hairdressers. It is a lovely peaceful, civilised wee town with plenty of character, welcoming people and pretty local walks.

Blatches Farm is a friendly, family run establishment. All the staff are pleasant, welcoming and happy to do anything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. They interact with all their visitors and encourage interaction amongst the visitors, which made our stay more like a home away from home.

Small town - Not a lot of things to do but a nice park n a lake within walking distance of the (one) commercial street. Looks safe. You can see many people exercising in the early morning or walking their dogs. Relaxing.

The whitest sheets, comfy bed. Privacy, you name it. Wish we had stayed longer. For the sake of a few miles from the airport and the massed produced hotel rooms. Do yourself a favour a chill out at this Bed and Breakfast. What a breakfast. Bonus to, is a pub up the road The White Hart, that does the best home fired pizza.

The house is very modern and in a great location for visiting Essex. It's also within walking distance of a large Tesco and a lovely Indian restaurant/pub. The beds are really comfy and the decor is modern and clean.
