Staying at Willow Cottage for seven nights was a highlight of our 3-week trip to the Cotswolds and the Channel Islands. We had a rental car (which would be needed for a stay at the cottage) so it was easy to take day trips to Oxford, Stratford-upon-Avon, Broadway, Chipping Campfen,, Bourton-on-the-Water and Blenheim Palace. I rented the car at Birmingham Airport, then picked up my friend at the Moretton-in-Marsh train station. There’s a nice Co-op grocery there. North Leach is near the cottage with a few shops and Post Office. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer and a dishwasher. We watched movies at night. The cottage is easily accessible from two major highways. Hampnert is not necessarily the on the map so follow their excellent directions for getting there. We would definitely stay here again.

With free Wi-Fi and free parking for up to 18 cars, this contemporary country-style house is located in Bourton-on-the-Water – known as the “little Venice of the Cotswolds”.

Amazing little hotel right in the centre this beautiful village. Ample parking for guests. The room was adjacent to the parking lot on the ground level which was really convenient. The room was large, very clean, very comfy and big bed like in the best hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful (Simone). The hotel has a wonderful bar and excellent restaurant for the evening meal. Absolutely no need to go looking elsewhere although we were also recommended a great burger place just opposite the hotel for lunch. The breakfast was lovely, buffet style - cereals, cheeses, yoghurts and continental, plus tea/coffee and eggs to order.

Formerly a 17th-century rectory, Lords of the Manor is set in 8 acres of secluded gardens and parkland.

Excellent boutique hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, having its own large grounds with multiple gardens, meadows and streams.
