Traditional English breakfast was perfect. Our hosts were the nicest people, took time to help plan our road trip further into the UK and also suggested places to visit in and around Dalwood. Room was clean and comfortable and the ambiance of the property was very relaxing. Property was a little off the mainstream, but a very rewarding experience and definitely worth a visit. Take time to go to hill at the top of the town and the vista over the valley looking into Dalwood is amazing.

A good area to escape the hum drum of city life.

A good area to escape the hum drum of city life. I suggest you buy an OS map and enjoy exploring some interesting out of the way places . Your sat nav will have a job keeping up with road closures. Maybe we were just unlucky but they seem to spring up everywhere without notice There are quite a few good pubs and restaurants in the area which we found using google .

Amazing experience to stay in a beautiful English garden...

Amazing experience to stay in a beautiful English garden where you can sit and stroll for hours. Close to the jurassic coast. Lovely owners who build the domain from scratch until what it is today. Great location for a small retreat as internet is patchy. Would recommend!!
