Exceptionally clean , well equipped and great location. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful - we chose the cottages as they are close to family for larger gatherings and we will certainly book here again - thank you for a wonderful stay - highly recommended

Farmhouse set within a very quiet and peaceful countryside. On entering the premises it immediately made you feel at home both in decor and the warm welcome by host Neil and Kirsty. The room is impeccably clean and well catered for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. Good selection of breakfast. Very helpful, friendly and accommodating host. A highly recommended farm stay.

Lovely little place Holsworthy but very run down sadly.

Lovely little place Holsworthy but very run down sadly. It has some fine architecture and some stunning country views. Had a superb Indian meal in what looked a very run down Indian resturaunt but service and food superb, called the Ocean. It’s about 15 min drive to Coastal Bude with spectacular cliffs and beaches and a terrific Seapool for swimming or paddling.

We were in Bradworthy. Holsworthy is the nearest town.

We were in Bradworthy. Holsworthy is the nearest town. Holsworthy is an unspoilt 'locals' village, but the locals are very friendly and welcoming. A special shout out for the owners and staff at Balsdon's Store.

A short but excellent stay.

A short but excellent stay. The Rydon Inn was recommended by our hosts for our evening meal and proved to be a very good choice. Holsworthy is a small market town but has most facilities you could wish for. We enjoyed our visit.

The bed wasn’t too bad but I’ve never had a shower in my actual bedroom and a walk down corridor for toilet. The take away breakfast was a ham and mustard sandwich, I had a really upset stomach later in day, I don’t think meat was fresh, but I also had a meal from the local chip shop which I could only eat half of as it was awful, it just wasn’t my weekend 🤣

Our Shepherds hut was so cosy! 🛖 kindling & wood provided we didn’t need to bring tea, coffee, milk eggs etc 🤩 if only we’d knew :) there was olive oil too. All the basics provided, really clean, friendly helpful hosts. A rainy weekend here was great. It’s so green because it’s rarely stopped raining 🌧️ Great location, a teeny village close to Holsworthy. Dog friendly with fields to explore Winston in his element.

Pool, had to share just with other 2 families who stayed there, so all the time we could be on our own in the pool. Location was very good, just 15 mins to Bude or 5 mins to Holsworthy. Through windows we could watch fields with cows, it was very peaceful stay. Had everything what we needed. Lovely host, very helpful.
