Happy welcome even though I arrived late at night. Found I'd been upgraded to a room with a dressing gown and slippers etc. Perfect for after a tough long day. Happy welcome at breakfast. Tasty hot and cold buffet.

Grand staff and excellent service. I am very delightful with their exceptional service. Very flexible and supportive. I had my freedom there and did not experience any single difficulties. Very friendly environment even for non-English community. Beautiful, clean, peaceful and calm environment. Food is very tasty and great presentation too. Chef deserves 10/10. Beautiful rooms & great staff

I found the people who worked in the hotel that greeted me when I arrived and departed were very helpful and kind. They really were lovely. The bed was amazing and the thoughtful gluten free brownie upon arrival was also delicious.

Room 15; I came for 2 night for workshop at the university,very clean and tidy, went above and beyond my expectations! Well decorated, cozy room, very clean and spacious bathroom, although room was warm enough there was a heater available as well, hot chocolate and cookies was a warm gesture! housekeeping excellent, well located hotel few steps from bus station, multiple grocery shops around the corner and cross street to the center were star bucks and pret cafes there primark shop and Macdonald. Definitely will recommend it to anyone visiting Norwich.

Well what a difference we have stayed at the kings head several times and I must say it was a bit run down ( cheap and cheerful comes to mind) but now after a full refurbished it is now an excellent place to stay only downside is the rooms are on the small side which with an old building cannot be changed + great location and as always the staff are very helpful and welcoming

I love the fun atmosphere but definitely if you cannot sleep during noise I wouldn't probably stay here because the walls are thin. The beds are so comfortable and it's very clean and warm. Otherwise the restaurant was so fun and the people were so kind.

This place is great it was mere steps from the area where my convention was being held, there's signs all around for easy guidance, the staff were so very kind and helpful too one lady gave me a map and drew on it with info when I told her I had trouble finding something, the room itself while on the smaller side I find this to feel more cosy, probably due to having booked alone, the shower was great and the smart TV was a wonderful size much bigger than expected. The room also came with a coffee set with kettle and some snacks there was already a hair dryer in the room also! The bed was plenty comfortable and the pillows were very nice, I really enjoyed my stay.

Our stay at the hotel was very good thanks alot for warm welcome we'll be back again soon. Cleanliness was on point.
