Mahons is a lovely hotel with genuine and friendly staff and is a welcome change from franchise hotels where we were greeted with warmth and personality from the staff. The bar area and indeed the hotel itself is full of interesting collections of antiques and memorabilia and I spent hours looking around at all the different peculiarities. Kesh is a small village so don’t expect much. There are a couple of decent shops and The Mayfly serves up good food and great pints. Stay clear of the overpriced and worst Chinese we have ever visited..

Unfortunately many businesses were still not open or open on limited basis. Otherwise what is available is almost enough. But easy to get around and to other areas in the county and country. Try the Mayfare pub and restaurant. Very good. All the meat offered is raised by the owner and it is delicious!

Very well kitted out, clean cottage with everything we needed for our family of four. Perfect location near family in the area and also close to Kesh village. Lovely views of Lough Erne. The kids loved the swings in the garden and the large outdoor areas to run around and play football. Mark and Janice were lovely and lived just across the lane if we required anything.

The setting is absolutely beautiful and we liked the hotel and our room. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. It was a beautiful spot for the wedding we went to. Loved the pool and the changing facilities. We didn’t use the spa. Lots of choice for the buffet breakfast.
