Beautiful rooms with original features

Amazing staff and always willing to help out … thanks to the front office team, they assisted me in continuing my motorcycling tour ensuring the bike was secure. They certainly went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable. I will certainly stay with them again and will keep trying other Moxy’s. They certainly understand the needs of a Motorcyclist.

Brilliant old world hotel. Good size room with tea and coffee making facilities. Lovely staff . The happiest , helpful staff in the breakfast room.

On arrival the gentleman who checked me in was absolutely amazing so friendly couldn't have been anymore helpful I've stayed quite a few hotels but without a doubt he made this arrival and check in perfect any questions he was only too willing to answer he breakfast was amazing beds really comfortable it was quiet clean and the girls who worked in the morning serving the breakfasts all were lush really nice ladies who were only too happy to help you with anything I'd 100% recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Plymouth

The Craft House is a charming home that husband and wife team, Susie and Ian (please excuse spelling!) have created with design features to compliment the home itself. Lovely wall colors welcome the bricolage that decorates the walls and floors of the house. It is very cozy, and this lovely couple graciously address one's needs. The room itself was cozy, in a sweet corner of the hall, lending windows that look out in two directions for a nice view and fresh air. Access to the wonderful path leadng to the city center is a moment's walk away. And access to the ferries is also easy. I recommend this lovely guest hotel and commend the owners for their efforts to create a gracious stay for their clients.

Staff were very friendly. Location is central, and easy walking distance to the Barbican, center of town and the Hoe.

Excellent location very close to Plymouth Hoe. Small very friendly hotel with excellent staff. The cooked breakfast of smoked salmon and scrambled eggs was my go to start to the day. Well cleaned bedroom.

Friendly welcome. Large comfortable room. Nice to have the option of a bath. As it had rained a lot of was grateful for the radiator too!

Just a great location, freindly and helpful owner and staff, great food - best fish pie of the trip. Just great. The climb up the hill from Portwrinkle was a bit of a challenge but worth it.

We recently stayed at the China Fleet Club for five nights with our family in a two-bedroom flat, and it was absolutely brilliant. The accommodation was extremely comfortable, and the facilities were of outstanding quality. The beds were cozy, and the kitchen was impressively equipped with everything we needed—truly second to none. The location was perfect: peaceful, away from the town, yet easily accessible. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. The swimming pool was a highlight for our family, especially for our 8-year-old son, who enjoyed it every single night. My husband and I spent a couple of relaxing hours in the aqua spa, which was impeccably clean and well-maintained. All the essentials like shower gel, towels, and cold water were readily available, making it very convenient. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend China Fleet Club for a comfortable and enjoyable family getaway.

Fabulous location and staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was very cosy with a beautiful view across to Plymouth. The little welcome doggy basket was a lovely touch.

It was located close enough to some good eateries as well as points of interest. It was quiet and amenities on offer were good. A fan is in case it got to warm, some biscuits with tea. The breakfast was delicious and offered a large selection of warm items as well as cereals and yogurt.

Senior reception desk staff staff person was over the top helpful and welcoming! She deserves five stars!! Very nice breakfast, also.

Special mention goes to Jack at the Front Desk. Knowledgeable, informative and caring..he went above and beyond to make the journey better. Room was nice, breakfast was good, dedicated staff and good location.

The location of the hotel is exceptional. The mattresses were fantastic, so comfortable!!
