Friendly and helpful staff, fantastic food, especially the two for £20 deals ! Had a problem with heating/electrics in my room first night but it was sorted by nice young lady manageress ? who gave me a superior room in the main block. I don't understand some of the adverse comments posted.

The location was perfect for my circumstances, the house was very clean, the hosts even included essentials e.g. Milk, butter, snacks etc, ready for my arrival which was amazing especially the time I arrived. Overall a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Only a short stay for us but the hotel was great.

Only a short stay for us but the hotel was great. We know the local area well and it is very interesting to visit. The Marrow and Cleaver is a great village pub run by great people. The Wolds and surrounding villages are picturesque and many have genuine historical interest. Access is very easy via the motorway network with the coast not too far away, nor the historic city of Lincoln.

Top of the five stars this hotel, excellent cleans and the staff are nice respect affect customers feeling warm welcomes this hotel. Not my leisure time, my husband n me visited my older parents, helped them worked hard. My husband n me went back to the hotel it gave us good rest.Today We went back to our home in Newcastle, real miss my older parents. My westie dog was enjoying at hotel, met people and some dogs need good social

A nice place to stay for people traveling to the Netherland.

A nice place to stay for people traveling to the Netherland. There are regular flights operated by KLM. There is no public transport....or maybe it is very, very rare. Places to eat: Hampton by Hilton is right there, and it is by default where to eat. If you have a car, you can drive to Briggs (about 7 miles away) for more choices.
