The room was excellent: clean, well designed, comfy bed, free coffee and tea, nice toiletries provided. The staff were also very nice and helpful. Previously I stayed at another hotel in Exeter and while this was a few pounds more per night it was miles above my previous hotel.

Staff was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is a charming building loaded with character.

Entire experience was excellent. Great staff, facilities, parking - and the cocktails were great next door too! Didn't eat, but would have gladly, it all looked amazing. Nothing was too much effort - an all-round excellent place, that I'll defintiely choose over anything else in Exeter next time I come. Thanks so much all!

Our room was spotless, well designed, with a fresh, contemporary feel throughout and the best linens I ever had in a hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city, with shops, restaurants, and attractions all within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and professional, making the stay smooth and enjoyable.
