Stayed overnight, had a spa booked for next day. Had dinner it was fabulous and breakfast was amazing so much choice. Spa and leisure facilities were brilliant and all stay were fantastic. Will definitely be returning

We arrived much later than planned, and the hotel reception was closed, but a very helpful staff member phoned me as I was on my way to take payment over the phone and gave me the code I needed to access the hotel. I wasn’t expecting much for the money, but the room was great. Spacious and comfortable beds, as well as being very clean. A little dated but that was fine. Thoughtful touches like bottles of water and biscuits too. The surrounding area is lovely, with a range of shops and restaurants a stone’s throw away. We were going to the NEC for Crufts and the hotel were happy for me to leave my car in the car park all day, so we had a 10 minute walk to the station, 7 minutes on the train and then we were right at the NEC, at £3.10 for a return ticket. Saved so much hassle with traffic and parking, as well as being a much cheaper option than staying in Birmingham.

Having the cellar bar manager be so accommodating to my diet needs made the stay perfect,in recovery from cancer I can't eat alot of foods an he went above and beyond to get me some food I could tolerate to which I am so greatful.

The cleanliness and quality of the carpeting and furniture throughout

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful and warm. 10-15 min drive from the NEC where we were seeing a show. We also had Sunday lunch and breakfast at the barn restaurant attached and the food and service was also superb.

Everything is brand new. Lots of parking space.

Breakfast was okay, staff pleasant, rooms clean and to a good standard, just the mattress wasn't the most comfortable.

Everything was accident. Excellent location and a nice area for walking the dog.

The staff was excellent. I came in late and let early, so that was the only interaction I had and he was very helpful and lovely with my pet

We stay at Hilton gardens as it is very close to departure for the airport .
