Beautiful facility. Our room was extremely comfortable and the food exceptional! Best fish and chips ever.

The room was clean and decent. Small but average for a European room. Hot water for the shower and the toilet worked.

Very good for price and Location

I stayed this beautiful guesthouse two nights between 12-14 April 2025 with my family. The room was quite large. The room smelled very nice. The pillows and sheets were so clean. The hotel is in a very quiet location. The employees were super attentive. There is a great locking system for the hotel's outer door and your room's door. You don't need a key or card. You enter the hotel and your room with a personal password. There was an iron and ironing board in the room. There was also a kettle and tea and coffee. There is a spare room where you can leave your luggage or stroller.

They let me keep my bag in the luggage room in the morning, even though the check in time was at 3pm. There was no receptionist and you get all the information on time, so absolutely no hassle. Everything was perfect as it should be.

Great price for the location. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and plenty of space for our crew of 5 adults.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is beautiful. We were greeted in our fool with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate for our anniversary.

Close to Royal Mile, next door to Holyrood Place.Hop on/ Hop off bus practically stops right outside the door.

Staff were excellent and the room was beautiful. Location was perfect as we liked a short walk in the morning, which took around 10 minutes. Breakfast was great value and plenty of choice

I loved the young , trendy and colourful decoration of the room and of the breakfast room.

The position in LEITH was fantastic. Carpark at the hotel. Close to many restaurants & very easy access to the tram. A good spot to stay when visiting Edinburgh

So special to stay on this docked ship - great amenities and staff, and wonderful included breakfasts.

It was very handy to have a fitness center and pub on the property. It was also very close to the bus stop to go downtown.

The hosts were really lovely and did all they could to help and to make me feel good. Room was clean, cosy, comfortable bed, tea and coffee facilities were very welcomed. I enjoyed the locality as it was close to the beach (Portobello) and also bus service to the city centre was good (bus stop close the the hotel). Bonus - restaurant in the building is amazing and I really recommend it. Very modern and cosy interior design, food was delicious. A great place for a romantic evening for two :)

The calming greenery area around the hotel , how wide and comfortable the room is! And of course the delicious breakfast! Everything was amazing honestly.

If I would say something about this place, Is the GREAT staff Really helpful and welcoming Grocery store and bus station nearby

The breakfast was excellent, we liked the castle itself, it was quiet, cozy, peaceful, surrounded by nature, horses, the decoration inside is impressive

Hosts were super nice, friendly and accommodating. Loved home made breakfast every day, fresh and delicious. Neighbourhood is quiet and not too far from the city. The whole stay felt like home stay with family and friends rather than just a stay. Loved the whole experience and ambience.
