We stayed in one of he cottages it was extremely comfortable . The spa , pool etc all outstanding . Our dinner in the restaurant was delicious , breakfast was delicious and the staff on both occasions were very willing to meet our every need .

The room was spacious, clean, quiet, and cozy. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the backyard with a quiet stream and lush trees in plain view. The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and advised us not to park on the streets as trucks /lorries often pass by. He told us to go through the narrow black gate to park. Lovely, small grocery store just a couple businesses away. Seamus Heaney's landmarks nearby.

Wake up to cows mooing! The view is spectacular! Very clean, beds comfortable. The owner came right over to help us with a washer issue and even folded the laundry for us while we were gone. The only thing missing was an iron, but that's minor. We would definitely stay here again!

Roomy enough for our family of 6 adults. Some basic food staples and treats provided. She even left us some Christmas crackers since we were there over Christmas Eve. The location was handy. It was clean and warm.

Fantastic stay at Maine House. It is perfectly located (around a 3 min drive or 20 min walk from Galgorm Resort and Spa) with views of beautiful countryside and the owners horses are in the adjacent field which are lovely to watch. The newly renovated rooms are spotless, tastefully decorated, spacious and incredibly comfortable. The mattress, pillows and duvet are plush down and honestly haven’t had such a restful sleep in a hotel in a long while. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and the produce very clearly local and of high quality. Another guest had a nut allergy and the owner was incredibly accommodating and had gone out of her way to ensure a suitable breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff who can’t do enough for you. There’s a lovely area with nice big sofas for guests to relax and take in the views. If you’re using the spa at Galgorm I would highly recommend a stay at Maine House. It is a fraction of the price and I would say the service and food is much better, along with it feeling much more private, peaceful and serene. Can’t wait for our next stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
