This place is like a home away from home. Perfect location. Close to all coastal attractions and very well run. Claire and the staff treated us more like family than clients. Claire herself saved us from an error I made with the booking dates. Such a kind hearted person and true hero. Other places would have left us on our own. She is a shining example of how to care for and run a guesthouse and pub. A Cushendall star! We will only book at the Central Bar in the future. Thank you Claire from Colleen and Gord.

Quaint little village with good amenities centrally located along Antrim Coast in No. Ireland. Makes for easy day trip excursions to sites in the area. Had dinner at Harry’s pub in center of town. Unbelievable grilled salmon boiled potatoes, broccoli, and light cream sauce.

Although the town looks a bit run down, that impression changes as soon as you enter the premises. Harrys Bar, for example, offers a wide range of beautifully cooked meals with really fresh components. Also they know how to store beer, particularly Guinness, which is amazingly superior to the same brand in England. Cushendall is not very large, so it is easy to explore it on foot. Its centre crossroads is narrow and congested and unsuitable for large vehicles, despite which parking is allowed on both sides of the road.

There's a beautiful beach that's also suitable for swimming.

There's a beautiful beach that's also suitable for swimming. There's well maintined public toilets and a coffee dock at the beach. The traffic can be woeful in the village so if you want to park then use the parking spaces beside the river (which has a lovely short walk), especially if you are driving an exceptionally large car! Ate at the take away - good enough. And at Harry's, lovely food (well done chef) but get the toilet door seen to - a small bit of oil goes a long way.

What a stunning place! Came to swim Dal Riata channel from Scotland to Ireland with my crew, and Caroline went out of her way to help us in any way possible. After the channel crossing, we came back late at night to a warm house, a card and a present to celebrate. I'd highly recommend the cottages, great location close to Cushendall, stunning views, helpful hosts and the house is fully equipped with everything you may need.

Pat and his wife were really friendly and informative about local venues and sightseeing. Lovely accomodation with use of own siting room for two bedroom booking.Good breakfast. Cushendall is a lovely small town, great walks to beach and historic disused church. Johnny Joes pub across the road had live music with two locals playing guitar and singing, tourists from many countries joined in the fun.
