Really quiet. clean property, looks like recently renovated with quality furnishings and equipment. The bed was exceedingly comfortable. The place was spotless and had character. It was so nice to wake up and hear birdsong. The property owner was extremely approachable and helpful; she was flexible about key collection to fit with wedding arrangements and was very helpful in giving directions when we had got lost! I will definitely come to this property again.

Probably the most dog friendly property we have stayed in with a well maintained and secure garden plus some useful information provided by the owner. The cottage had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the bath/shower room was spacious and the kitchen was also well equipped. It is situated in a quiet residential area but with easy access to the main road for exploring the region. The woods and grounds at Lynford are well worth exploring although Lynford Hall Hotel is closed the Shepherds Baa Cafe is a great place for refreshment for walkers and is also dog friendly.

Friendly staff. Lovely clean comfortable room (I stayed in room 2) great breakfast. Fantastic location for me geocaching in the area. I would certainly return if I am in the area again.

The place was spotless (apart from one carpet in the breakfast area) Staff on arrival very helpful. Room 10/10. Plenty of choice for breakfast, all you can eat.
