The accommodation was s total waste if money, fir the price we paid we would expect at least a clean toilet, clean floor, empty waste bins and totally dust free bedside tables😢

Indulge in the fairytale dreams of your interchild! This Castle is rich with history and beauty. The breakfast was perfection. Walking the grounds , stunning. I hope to return next year.

We stayed dinner at bed and breakfast. The selection of food at both mails was of a high-quality and excellent choice. Exceeded our expectations and most definitely value for money.

Comfy bed, warm room and clean. Food was lovely. Went above and beyond to provide plant based options for teatime meal and breakfast.

Stunning grounds and entrance. Clean and modern. Lovely restaurant with nice staff. Ease of access. Hotel staff were so accommodating- Susan and Alex really made it such a a wonderful experience. The highlight was the night porter who ran all sorts of errands for us in the morning. He was a legend but we didn’t get his name!

Love how every detail is well thought of! Really enjoyed my stay, got room service, used hot tub and felt nice & relaxed after my stay! Would absolutely recommend and stay again in heartbeat

This is a beautiful place to stay. The staff are lovely very efficient and friendly. If you want a break to relax and recharge your batteries this is the place to be. The food is amazing we had an evening meal and breakfast. The lady on reception was so nice. Booking. Com had mixed our booking up and gave us the wrong room but she quickly rectified this error. The round copper bath is the icing on the cake. I will look forward to our next stay as we will definitely be returning maybe in the summer to explore the beautiful surroundings. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything ..the location - the situation of the room . Tv in both rooms ! The staff went above and beyond ! The lady at the reception was so friendly and made us feel very welcome

Easy check in. Room was perfect for what we needed plus had our own patio door for easy access

It was close to Durham and had a restaurant we didn’t try but the food looked good and was busy which is always a good sign , our room was lovely was well stocked with tea coffee milk ect

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were beyond amazing exceptionally kind. No nasty odour like other hotels.

The owner was extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional the rooms were immaculate and absolutely huge.
