Clean, comfortable, perfect location for what we required. The welcome pack provided by the hosts was much appreciated. To be honest the place looked brand new internally with everything you need for several days or longer.

The house is like a tartis! It has loads of room to chill out, either by watching TV, reading a book or doing a puzzle at the dining table. It would have felt spacious even if we were at full capacity of 6. There were loads of great little touches, like a little bed for the dog, extras such as a takeaway cup, cute keyrings, slippers and a bamboo toothbrush and toothpaste. The kitchen cupboards had every utensil you could need and salt/pepper oils, tea towels etc all supplied. Great stuff! A smart TV and DVD's, games and puzzles supplied were all a bonus. Katee the manager was polite and helpful!

Pevensey Castle is superb part of the English History jigsaw. St, Nicholas church should be visited. We did not go onto the beach as it was windy and quite cloudy. Beachy Head worth visiting providing their is no mist. Old Town Eastbourne has a excellent, quaint and old fashioned coffee café. Do not expect barista style but good quality coffee and many verities. It has to be of good quality as there were reserved table at 11.00. A gem.

Slightly run down, but had a few nice pubs with live music. We had lovely weather and the beach looked pretty, but it was a stony beach, and I prefer a sand beach. We had a lovely breakfast at the The Bay Cafe and the fish and chips were good at Rose's. If you have transport the walk from Beachy Head to Seven Sisters cliffs is amazing and well worth it if you can handle a few ups and downs.

Lovely bungalow on the beach which was very comfortable for us, but Pevensey it's self seemed run down and the shoping area did not have much to offer. Short car journey to get to Eastbourne, beachy head and sovereign Harbour but well worth the trip!

We used Pevensey as a base to attend football at Eastbourne Borough as it was within decent walking distance ( C1.5 miles). We stayed at the Bay Hotel which was very pleasant. The Castle Inn was very friendly and apparently does great home cooked food, although we did not eat there. The Jaipuir Indian restaurant was excellent. It is an upmarket venue and menu contained a lot of different and unusual dishes. Although more expensive than a usual Indian it was well worth the money. It was very busy on a Saturday night. There seemed a fairly regular bus service (99) in to Eastbourne although we did not use it.

Eating out wise, we visited The Holiday Inn for fish and chip's..The Best 👌 in Eastbourne. Have been there before and would highly recommend. We also ate in the Rose and Crown in Eastbourne, lovely cosy pub (especially this time of year) All Christmas Decorations were up which made such a lovely Atmosphere. We had the Home made Chicken Curry...Delicious! Nice Friendly hosts too.👍

Visited Pevensey castle grounds but not the castle this time as we have visited previously. Visited the museum at Pevensey. Visited Eastbourne and walked about and ate in Marks. Ate at a cafe in Pevensey Bay where they prepare takeaway as well as a sit down meal or snack. Used the local supermarket in Pevensey Bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Pevensey is tucked away and very quiet. The flat has a glorious view of the whole bay and is was wonderful to see the sea and any activities along the beach. We found the area to be quiet, welcoming and very dog friendly. Parking behind the property down a narrow lane was easy. There is a pub on the beach within strolling distance. We visited Pevensey castle, Hastings and Sovereign bay marina at Eastbourne. This is a great place for a short visit, especially if you like peace and quiet.

Didn't have breakfast but the facilities were really nice what I had seen. As going away off peek we didn't really use the facilities eg. Swimming pool, club house, but it was available if we wanted it.The Pevensey Bay Park is situated in a good location, everything from shops, Beach and industrial estates for all your big stores were all very near. All in all we were very pleased with our choice and stay.would definitely stay there again .Thank You

Friendly and helpful staff who ensured that a parking space was freed up for us. Freshly renovated feel to the rooms. Nice decor. The hotel was located within a short walk to the beach, pubs with live music, restaurants and takeaways. Rose's fish and chips were very good if you're looking for a local chippy. Breakfast was also very good value, and the coffee was excellent.

Living on the beach was simply beautiful. Great location. We visited Pevensey Castle & the town of Battle which is impressive. The region is very nice and those who work there (in the pubs and cafes) are very welcoming and friendly.
