Staff very friend and the room excellent very clean very new no noise would stay again

All staff were amazing and so welcoming. We had 2 rooms and were going to a wedding locally - staff took our bags and put them into our rooms for us. Rooms immaculately clean and beautiful very vintage. We had breakfast outside as weather was gorgeous, breakfast was beautiful, additional to the overnight stay but so worth it. Checking in and out so easy.

The welcome was very warm & the hotel staff were so helpful, the one regret was my stay was so short.

Old style customer service. The staff are faultless - exceptional customer service and with a smile. Rooms are cozy and warm and considering how close you are to the M56 its virtually silent highly recommend. the bar and restaurant (one and the same) are a short stroll from the rooms and its very easy to go beyond the school night beer quota . Always a nice atmosphere from a dinner alone to a couple of pints watching the footie.

Very clean rooms with lots of tea, coffee and biscuits! Also a very helpful greeting from staff and kindness.

Rooms were great size and staff were so helpful would definitely stay again if I was in the area
