The clerk at front desk was amazing to bad I did not catch his name

So clean and comfy, ridiculously quiet for a hotel at a pub. Great economy location for seeing the Bristol sights with excellent bus and rail connections. Several local food shops. Also the pub is lovely, great food.

First and foremost the men on reception were outstanding. They gave us a friendly welcome and each time we came in they got up and opened the door for us which a big welcoming smile. Our room was nice and clean and spacious, nice clean bathroom, good heating. Nice location for where we were visiting (Noahs Ark Zoo Farm), free parking. Couldn't fault it.

Everything!! The bath omg ! Definitely will be staying here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, very cozy, comfortable, and clean room, perfect location for visiting UBristol student right in lovely Clifton village with many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

The location is amazing. Everything was perfect regarding the hospitality. Kaman, the hotel manager was very very decent and elegant and helped and served us by himself. The other staff was very nice at the reception as well. Very clean and it was the most wonderful stay in UK. Highly recommended.

Lovely location, great views. Lovely restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Lovely bar for the evening too.

Nice looking hotel with parking close to Bristol. We booked last minute so there wasn't much choice but this was a good option. The room we had was large with a double and single bed in it. There was a kettle and tea making facilities.

Easy quick breakfast, plenty of take away breakfast foods, fruit, cereal bars, choc au pans, fruit juices, coffee tea, small cereal boxes etc The hotel room was clean and looked fresh when we arrived

Warm welcome on arrival; room was comfortable and cosy ,all staff were polite and caring towards guests ,short walk to local restaurants and shops , museums and historical attractions

Great location to airport, very convenient for morning flight, very friendly staff, definitely would choose again for next time
