We had a lovely stay at Hideaway. The place is so cute, cosy, & relaxing – the perfect little getaway. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was such a peaceful spot to unwind and chill out. The attention to detail made it feel really welcoming and homely. Thank you Rachel, for a wonderful stay ☺️

Wake up to cows mooing! The view is spectacular! Very clean, beds comfortable. The owner came right over to help us with a washer issue and even folded the laundry for us while we were gone. The only thing missing was an iron, but that's minor. We would definitely stay here again!

Roomy enough for our family of 6 adults. Some basic food staples and treats provided. She even left us some Christmas crackers since we were there over Christmas Eve. The location was handy. It was clean and warm.

Helen is a superb hostess who makes you feel right at home. Her brown bread at breakfast is delightful, but the homemade shortbread cookies that are waiting for you in your room are the BEST!!!

Overall the condition of the property was perfect, it was very clean, tidy and really cosy. It had everything you would want for a night away. We were very impressed with everything. The people are friendly and the views/ surrounding areas were very beautiful and well maintained. We had dinner at the wild duck restaurant which was very friendly and reasonably priced. It’s in a great location with plenty of shops nearby. We couldn’t fault a thing about our stay. The only downside is probably the price per night to stay which could’ve been a little better, but it isn’t that bad considering what’s included.

We went for our anniversary and it was really good to get away from reality. If you like a small warm and cosy environment this is the place for you. We are from belfast and it was only an hour drive away from us so it wasn’t too bad. Before we got their the owner made sure we knew where the key was and explained everything to us which was very helpful. They left us a packet of popcorn and a chocolate bar to enjoy while we watched TV. Only bad thing I have to say is the steps where quite small and the door was stiff to open and the door handle was hanging off.

We stayed in Portglenone for a family birthday weekend and it was close to their house. It is a very pretty small town with a lovely river frontage with nice walks and boats. There are a few shops and a newly-opened cafe above the chip shop which sells a wide variety of meals at breakfast lunch and dinner times. We had a really good breakfast there. We had a hire car for the weekend.

The apartment was well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Ideally situated in the centre of Portglenone, which offers a good range of facilities. We would not hesitate to stay in this apartment in the future.
