From the moment we checked in to the moment we left everything was lovely. Amazing staff. All very friendly and very helpful. Bedroom was lovely and we had a little outside area at the back with a table & chairs which was really nice and backed onto a field so it was very peaceful. Bedroom was nice & clean. We had also been left 2 delicious cookies and 2 vouchers for a couple of free G & T,s which was a lovely touch. The inn is Lovely inside and has an amazing outside area too. Great location and the village is very pretty. Breakfast was very nice and you could have anything off of the menu. The Norfolk marmalade porridge is highly recommended. It was delicious. We also ate here 1 night and the food was very good. The only thing I will say is that there is not a lot on the menu and there was only one vegetarian option which was a bit disappointing. I think that there should defiantly be more vegetarian and even vegan dishes. I also think that it would be great to have a mini fridge in the rooms for the milk supplied for the drinks as you had to collect milk from a fridge in a room near the front of the property. It wasnt a problem but I just think having a small fridge in the room would be better. We had a really lovely time and would defiantly return. Where do I start? What a fabulous experience at this hotel. Excellent location, exceptional facilities, and overall a perfect place to stay in Thornham.
