The room was well-appointed & comfortable. Great nights sleep. Staff was outstanding & the food superb.

Our stay at Pegwell Bay hotel was lovely...we wished we had stayed another night! Cleanliness,room, staff,breakfast and location amazing.

Used to go right through Deal from Whitsable to Walmer and back again. Didn't realize how much there is to do. Best day out was the 2 mile walk along the sea front from Deal castle to Walmer castle where you can see Wellingtons boots and the room he died in.

Great location and the staff were really nice. We had the family room with sea view (for my husband and I) and the room was spacious and had a lovely window seat to watch the sea. We will deffo come back. It was nice to have a poached haddock option for breakfast too.

Great room and amazing breakfast!

Excellent welcome and service at breakfast. The kitchen was closed but I was booked in to a nearby restaurant which was excellent. The room was nicely decorated, quiet and comfortable. Good continental breakfast. Plenty of parking. It's in a pretty village and centrally located opposite the church.

This is a traditional English hotel that completely met my expectations. They provided a room and food for a special reception that I hosted, and that went very well. The staff were super.

The room was immaculate, and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was also spotless. The staff where exceptionally polite and made us feel very welcome. The food was incredible, we had dinner and breakfast, the dinner was one of the best meals I have had in years, and I could not fault the breakfast at all. 10/10, we will stay again and I would definitely recommend to others.

I liked the history of the property plus the lovely large room and en-suite. Great view of the sea and very quiet. Excellent fish and chips at the restaurant!
