So much to love about The Vine! Perfectly located on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds, with a lovely garden and a terrace with tables and chairs. A very comfortable bedroom with lots of delightful touches, plus a drinks fridge on the landing. Delicious breakfast, including imaginative vegetarian options and eggs from their own hens. And Lee was a great host...from her home-made cakes on arrival to all the helpful suggestions for places to visit and things to do locally. There's obviously been so much thought and hard work put into the conversion from pub to top-notch B & B, and Lee and Joe should be very proud of what they've achieved. I was totally smitten by the Wolds and hope to return very soon to both the area and to The Vine.

The windmill doesn't yet have facilities for food but are planning to resume that. This isn't a problem as it's in the very centre of Alford and has at least half a dozen cafes and takeaways within a 2 minute walk or 20 seconds in the case of Evangelenes Patisserie which I recommend. Overall a great stay with great staff.

Located 2.5 mi from Mablethorpe, Grange Farm Park has a garden and a bar. All rooms in the resort are fitted with a kettle.

Absolutely perfect hosts, rooms were immaculate and very comfy. Breakfasts were spot on, would 100% recommend here.

Stuning location , Very friendly hosts On arrival there was refreshments in the fridge , a very nice touch and appreciated. The peacocks were also pretty cool !! Would definitely stay there again … Access and directions were perfect … If i was critical of anything , its probably to cheap 😊
