Very good stuff in very good place

It was very clean and organized there. It was nice place to live and all amenities were near the hotel.

The guy at the reception is good and welcoming The second room we booked was a little better, I guess because of the price but doesn't worth the price placed on it

The buffet breakfast was served with so much care I was treated like loyalty I will definitely book this place again

Everything was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. The tube is 10 minute walk from hotel or a short bus ride (2 stops).

Loved the movie theme all over! The room was cleaned, and towels were changed everyday! Very quiet hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a Continental one, being fresh and delicious everyday!

Wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff are professional and friendly. Rana checked in for me with a warm welcome. He did provide quick response in a professional manner for fixing a couple of room's issues. And Hilda from the restaurant is also very nice and helpful with a sweet smile. Very clean, outstanding staff and great breakfast

The room was fit for purpose, comfortable. Great for a one night stay if you are attending Twickenham. Alex at reception was a gent, very helpful and friendly.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room, especially the bathroom, was spotless.

We really enjoyed the place itself - beautiful building, pub and restaurant below, classic "old London" design of the lobby, stairs and rooms. In addition to that, spotless room, with everything you need, close to Elisabeth line station (which is direct to Heathrow airport and to London center), fine beer in the pub, helpful staff, and a very good breakfast (several hot options plus "continental" buffet). Will definetly stay here again when in London.
