A beautiful cottage, in amazing surroundings - within easy reach of Norwich and surrounding areas. Our dog was made as welcome as us and we were very glad of the welcome biscuits! The garden was beautiful and extensive - we thoroughly enjoyed sitting out in it in the evening!

very quiet peaceful small village.

very quiet peaceful small village. Isolated regarding nearest supermarket but a lovely place with small single track lanes. Some not suitable for walking or cycling as dangerous with oncoming traffic. No pubs or restaurants, you would have to travel further for these.

Southburgh itself is small and very remote with access via single track lanes - just a bit too remote for our liking personally. Close to Hingham which is nice and has facilities (pub, shop, tea rooms, fish & chips, supermarket etc.) Had a very nice meal in the White Hart (but a taxi to/from was £40).
