Nice and spacious room. The receptionist on duty was really kind when my partner fell ill and could not get out of bed so she allowed us to check out a bit later so he could rest before we had our flight. It was an exceptional ask and I was grateful they could accommodate that.

Pleasant and accommodating with a last minute reservation. Had heavy bags they didn't hesitate to help me with. Gave me helpful suggestions/recommendations to help me navigate getting currency exchanged. Even though I was too tired to participate, there was also a trivia night going on! Food was tasty as well.

With a parking and an elegant interior, this hotel is located less than a 5-minute drive from Stansted Airport Terminal. Each room has a private bathroom and a TV and DVD.

Cliff was amazing and he even made us a full English breakfast the morning we were checking out. He was super accommodating and if we're ever in the area again, this is where we'll stay!
