Exceptional staff, everyone was kind and friendly. Great breakfast options and a beautiful garden to relax in as well. Location is also perfect for access to shops and a 5 minute walk to the Newport bus station providing bus service to the whole island.

Very easy to find especially from Fishbourne.

Very easy to find especially from Fishbourne. Osbourne House is a must. Ryde beach too. Ate at Robert Thompson’s restaurant (Michelin star) RT Cafe Grill Ryde Also Woodmans Arms nearby. We also cooked a lasagne etc ar the house.

Brilliant location for attending festival as close to bus...

Brilliant location for attending festival as close to bus routes and only 6 minute drive to festival site. Only 5 mins drive from ferry terminal. Good access to attractions on the east of the island. Walking distance of local.shops. Location next to Wootton Creek was peaceful.

The holiday village in Wootton Bridge was very pleasant, the road leading to it (New Road) is very bumpy and has suffered a lot of subsidence, sports car drivers beware! The two main pubs in the village are OK not the greatest food, the Fishbourne Inn 10 minutes drive is highly recommended. Wootton Bridge is well located for travel in any direction so a good base, 20 minutes your on the beach!

We have long time friends who now live on the island, they visited us were were pleasantly surprised how nice the B&B was. We spent all our time with our friends and found how easy Wootton Bridge was to get to. We found that the bathroom facilities were exceptionally good.

Deb was extremely welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The location of the property is very close to East Cowes ferry and if needed, is on a very good bus route. We were close to Osborne House which was the reason for our visit and Deb was also able to help with local pubs etc. It's definitely worth going to The Woodmans Arms and also the Folly Inn - lovely food.

Deborah was an excellent hostess, very welcoming, a comfortable room and a full english breakfast of your choice provided. The location of Ivy Hall at Wootton Bridge is very relaxing, with a lake one side and the creek the other side of the bridge. The coastal path runs through the area and buses run every 10 minutes.

Great location and immaculate. Our room had a superb view and Debbie, the owner, looked after us extremely well, throughout. She also prepared an excellent made-to-order breakfast. We will certainly be returning to Ivy Hall on our next trip to the Isle of Wight.
