A unique floating house situated in a lovely, quiet, scenic location on Wootton Creek. A place to unwind, relax, enjoy nature and explore the beautiful Isle of Wight. Ideally located less than a two minute drive from the Wightlink ferry terminal in Fishbourne, you can walk to the beach, take a walk in the local woods or travel further afield to all the amazing things to see and do here on the island!
Hello! Thank you for your interest in my property.
There are two lovely pubs and a high street with restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. The Isle of Wight Steam Railway and the Butterfly Sanctuary are just a couple of the interesting things to do with plenty of beautiful walks in woods and on beaches close by.
