The ladies who work at the hotel are great. They hooked us up with a great and very affordable trip to Tikal. They arranged a bus back to Belize for us. We appreciated them very much. The hotel is good. It's clean, the pool is nice. There's hot water. The restaurant across the street is very, very good. It's about a 10-minute tuk tuk drive to flores island.

We loved the house, specially the roof with the nice view to the lake. The host was very nice and helpful. We were very satisfied with the stay and could say that it was the best stay in Guatemala for us.

Great location, hidden away in the forest. Big room with great views from the large balcony. Very efficient ferry service from hotel to Flores Island. The staff were all friendly. The airport transfers went very smoothly. The two staff members on reception (Brayam? and Danila?) were both very helpful when we had a problem with a cancelled flight and a lost phone. They also helped us book a good trip to Tikal.

Clean, nice linens, tall bed, outlet by bed, big bathroom, decent shower, air conditioning, shelving and desk, water provided, excellent staff. Close to mercado and bus terminal, walking distance to Isla. Did I say excellent staff? Lovely people, good atmosphere, nice outdoor space with pool and food service.
