Thr staff went above and beyond to make sure we had transpotation into Antigua and that we had our delicious breaskfast prior to leaving ealy both mornings. The hotel was beautiful and very clean and we had a few of the volcanoe in the distance from the balcony

The King Deluxe room was exceptionally comfortable, offering ample space and a well-designed layout that enhanced our stay. However, despite the beauty and comfort of the place. The overall experience was still very enjoyable thanks to the hotel’s natural beauty, spacious rooms, and tranquil setting. With a little more attention to detail and maintenance, this place could easily be a top-tier destination in Antigua Guatemala.

Beautiful rooms with great linen and products. Highly recommended for a romantic or quiet stay. Dinners and breakfast were delightful, and the service was personalized and attentive. Loved the night routine package.

A beautiful and calm area. The staff are nice. The people in the neighbourhood were very welcoming. They also set up the Acatenango hike for us. (Just ask) and they were also kind enough to hold on to the rest of our luggage’s while we were gone for a day and a half.

The location - about a 10 min walk from Parque Central so easy to get to everything and yet far enough to be quiet at night. Having a full washer and dryer was awesome. This was the halfway point of a three week trip so it was great to be able to wash everything. While we didn't really use it, having a kitchen would be a bonus for anyone who did. The staff is awesome and very helpful. The front door is monitored 24 hours a day so it was safe but yet easy to get in.

Love my room. I got a free upgrade- felt i was a princess in a castle. So much green around and the rooftop is amazing. The breakfast was so good.

The hotel itself looks gorgeous! It was like hidden heaven, so beautiful inside! Room was little too small for two people Breakfast was really delicious with cute table set up , nice view and warm sun shining as you sip your coffee. ( I just wish they had simple croissants ) Hotel provided us with taxi from the airport ( 50$) which was handy coz we landed late and checked us in at 1 am, we are grateful for that 😊 Stuff didn’t speak much English, but it still was easy to communicate. Definitely would recommend and come back!
