Stayed here as a family of five, it had everything we needed and more, we loved it, very relaxing, clean, warm and comfortable. Location was perfect as we were traveling Cork to Dublin and wanted to stay close to M7. Would love to stay here again, thanks Stephen

Lovely place, ideal for our half way stop to Dublin.

Lovely place, ideal for our half way stop to Dublin. Lovely pub right next door. Room was very comfy. I was a little hesitant when i realised it was a shared bathroom but it's only shared between 2 rooms and it's spotless clean. Nice touch of pastries and porridge pots left with the tea and coffee. Would definitely stay again.

The host was very friendly and helpful. There was a fridge and microwave in the room with instant oats/porridge, pain au chocolat, tea & coffee left for breakfast, which was appreciated. Comfortable and warm with shared bathroom facilities, overall happy to recommend

Didn't get very far, arrived late and found a lovely pub the Fisherman with good Guiness and a Mexican food trailer pulled up serving excellent Buritos and other delights. Took a lovely walk on the local canal way the next morning before we headed off.

Loved this village beautiful place and came by it by accident the people were lovely and so friendly in the Fisherman we had a great evening there. It was easy to get to and the scenery on the way was outstanding.

Hosts are extremely accomadating, they ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. They left the lights on for us as out ferry was delayed and we didn't get to the property until 11 pm. They had left milk, tea, coffee, eggs, sausages, bread for our breakfast. They checked we were happy day after our arrival and again on our last day. The lodge is cute, private, comfortable. We stayed in winter but I can imagine in the summer surrounding area would be beautiful.
