A welcoming place- perfect for a home base while touring around the area. A comfortable, large, clean space. We used the well organized kitchen for dinners in, the hot tub for weary muscles, and the spectacular views for amazing pictures. Loved being able to connect with the animals! Amazing location. 30 minutes from town but it's part of a farm. Cutest cottage with horses and sheep steps from the house. My bedroom (there 2) had a view of the sheep when I woke up. It has a nice little kitchen if you need. The owner is next door we talked for a while but she didn't want to "bother" us. She was so sweet. I'll try to post pics later. Thanks Marie!!

The hosts went above and beyond in every way. Lots of extra effort with homemade muesli, bread, fruit, milk, eggs, jam and cheese. The accommodation was perfect with a fully kitted kitchen, comfortable chairs, and bed along with outdoor furniture so you could sit and look out over the green paddocks with its resident horses. Kilkenny is a beautiful place with its rolling green hills. This little haven has been one of the highlights of our trip.

Beautiful cottage! Had a lovely stay with my husband. Pub close by had trad music on. Short walk into town and we went to tabu for dinner. Thank you for the bread, milk, tea, coffee, butter that was left in the cottage!
