If such information is not disclosed and the booking is deemed inappropriate, we reserve the right to refuse check-in, and any advance payments will be forfeited. Furthermore, Trident Holiday Homes is not liable if a property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer comparable alternative accommodation or a full refund.
