Honestly one of the best places that we have ever stayed. The attention to detail was amazing and the place was absolutely spotless. The fridge and cupboards were stocked with everything you could think of. I could not recommend it more. It was so child friendly and perfect for anyone travelling with children.10 out of 10 for us.

A beautiful little town right on the coast.

A beautiful little town right on the coast. We found the locals to be extremely friendly & helpful. Very easy to get around & everything right on our doorstep. The only negative was the parking, I was quite happy to pay for parking but unfortunately you can only pay for 2 hours at a time in the public parking spaces, meaning I had to return multiple times to keep my parking disc current.

Cobh is a beautiful place with a relaxed atmosphere. The houses are beautifully coloured in different colours…a bit like the tv show Balamory. People are very friendly & helpful. We loved the Cobh Heritage Centre, where we were able to find our Mum’s passenger details from over 50 years ago.

Cobh is a pretty seaside port town and definitely worth a visit. It is very hilly so be prepared if not staying at the bottom for some aching legs. We booked Spike Island which is a great visit and worth the money. There is much more to do in Cobh but we had planned to explore more. St Colmans Cathedral - stunning Make sure to go to the Roaring Donkey Pub but the hill climb is a killer….. but worth it. The u is a real gem. Fabulous staff, welcoming and friendly and the locals helped us with transport advice. Cobh connect bus runs frequently and has an app for timetables etc. Train from cork city to Cobh was about €3 or €4. We liked the pub atmosphere so much we didn’t go to any other pubs but there were a few. Lots to do and local buses and trains run regularly. However, we hired a car as wanted to explore more than cork city itself. I would def recommend Cobh as a base if wanting to drive about exploring. We drove to… Midleton - ate at Leonardos which was recommended by a local. Great food and reasonable. Ballycotton - beautiful village, fabulous cliff walk and a fair few eateries. We ate at Schooner Pub. Lovely landlady. Sunday lunch was amazing. Others with us ate fish & chips. Fresh caught fish and massive. Kinsale - my fav town. Beautiful, so much to see. Great eateries and reasonable. Will def go back here Drove to Head of Kinsale. Amazing views. Sandy Cove - beautiful and safe to swim Cork City- limited time here as had a concert but The English Market is a must as is Mariners Market (delicious Lobster open sandwich)

Gorgeous city with lots of things to do! I would definitely recommend. We enjoyed walking the waterfront park, drinks at Kelly's and the Titanic Experience. The picturesque view of the Deck of Cards houses and St. Coleman's Cathedral were amazing. The food was delicious, people were friendly and your felt safe and relaxed.

We were planning to go to other areas around Cobh, but enjoyed the day there instead. The Titanic museum was a fun experience, but the Cobh Heritage Center provides a more in depth picture of the history of Irish Emmigration throughout centuries. We were in Cobh on a Saturday, so there was a Farmer's Market with entertainment at Kennedy Park. We enjoyed a pint at The Crow Bar and had an amazing dinner at Azure. We drove to Cobh, but it was easy to get around the town on foot once we arrived.

An amazing hotel in a great spot. Friendly and helpful Staff, and very nice spacious rooms, with a smart TV. They have very relaxing waterfall style showers. The keys are also physically keys, instead of a typical room key, which is fun. The Hotel is also partnered with, and offers discounts for, a bunch of local attractions. The Cobh Heritage Centre, The Titanic Walking Tours, The Titanic Experience, and even the location pool.

Cobh is a fabulous place and this was a lovely hotel. The room was great, bed was very comfy, view was good and the breakfast was brilliant (my husband and I are not usually big fans of a buffet breakfast but this was honestly so tasty and fresh, so our compliments to the chef). A wonderful stay with no negatives for us.
