This was my first time at this hotel and I was absolutely blown away with the exceptional service me and my Mum received at this hotel. We were welcomed with a Kokum drink followed by a warm welcome by the reception desk. The room was exceptionally clean and well equipped with all the necessities. Room service and the restaurant staff were quite pleasant to deal with. Huge thanks and shout out to the hotel staff Abhijeet, Suraj & Sakharam who looked into every detailed necessity of ours making sure there was no room for complaints. Except for 1 very minor suggestion of not having a hand held shower facility (as not always you want your hair wet) in the washroom, I honestly don't have a single bad thing to talk about this place and no wonder it stands as a top notch hotel in Kolhapur. I shall definitely make this as my only go to stop whenever Im in town.

The owner was very friendly and provided all necessary information. He even assisted to park the car and remove it whenever required. The staff was very courteous and always welcomed with a smile . Immediately cold bottled water was provided and on daily basis . The staff even guided us to places of visit and worship in an excellent way. The room , the bed , the bathroom, the Tv , the Ac were in excellent condition. All toilettries were provided and fresh Towels were present. I would recommend any one visiting kolhapur to book this hotel as its very convenient location to the market and temples near by. The price of the hotel is very cheap compared to other hotels in the same vicinity. You will have a safe stay as the owners family is very accommodating and always there to help. Highly recommended.
