Villa Agastya was constructed by a lovely couple - Pranali and Mohit. Both are wonderful attentive hosts, and their property reflects it. The room I stayed in was very comfortable and clean, and the balcony attached was an extra pleasure. Breakfast was a sheer joy. Pranali dear, thank you for your attentive care and the invaluable information you so readily shared. Mohit, I hope you enjoyed your travels. I am sure our roads will cross again! A warm embrace. Villa Agastya was a real home away from home for me.

The apartment is spacious and comfortable. It has big balconies that are prefect for relaxing and reading. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood for great relaxation. Pretty and quiet beach with some beach shacks ehth good food only a 5 minute walk from the property. Also a very good restaurant a 5 minute walk in the other direction. For me it was great for the end of my trip before going to Dabolim Airport. I could see it as a great location to start the trip and settle into Goa after landing in the South. Also great for couples and groups who want access to all the beach amenities but far smaller crowds.

It's a beautiful place, the beach is less visited so there's not much crowd in comparison to North Goa beaches like Candolim or Baga. The place is clean, people are very good and roads are great too!! Google maps helped us find some decent places for evening snacks too... A coffee house!! Their kunafa brownie is a must-try!

We were told that we cant use the swimming pool or have...

We were told that we cant use the swimming pool or have dinner nearby the pool and need to have it inside the hotel room as there's a private party organized over the poolside. This event wasn't mentioned on booking.com and they lied that they had mentioned it everywhere. Had to raise a complaint to booking.com upon which we were given seats near the poolside to have dinner. The swimming pool has restrictions on the clothes being worn. This isn't mentioned on the website else we would have brought those. The main drawback is that you cant bring your own food/drinks to the hotel. This is not mentioned anywhere. It's like we are exposed to n number of rules upon arrival that we didn't even know/read before. breakfast is average. It took 30 minutes to refill the coffee jar upon asking the management for it. The management is worst here. We had asked to play table tennis(tt, snooker games are chargeable here). We had to wait for 10 minutes for the appropriate person to unfold the table and then after all the arrangements were done, we were told that they don't have the bat to play table tennis. This was the height of disappointment and we decided that we won't be staying here any longer and checked out in the evening itself.

The apartment was very well equipped, spacious and in an ideal location. The beach nearby is very easy to find. We enjoyed the walks along the beaches every morning and the amaxing sun sets at night. We ate mostly at Lavina Beach Shack and Baggies Beach Shack. The property is within a gated complex, with very polite security staff. Pearl from Nirvana Abode is always easy to contact and very responsive as we did have a few initials issues but she was very eager to get them resolved.

Lovely resort. One of the best we hv stayed at. The owner, warm, friendly & most importantly extremely pro active. He made sure every little concern/issue we had was addressed immediately making our stay very comfortable Rohini made us wonderful breakfasts each morning with a smile. If I had to nit pick, I wud say there shd be a slightly larger access to the car parks. All in all I highly highly recommend this place. You will not be disappointed!

Ok spread but very limited. Nothing great to talk abt. For 600-700 rs, I have taster better breakfast buffet in other 3 stars hotel and resorts in Goa with similar value. Nothing in the recreation areas, TT table broken from side to fix the net, no fans in open recreation areas, justa tin kind of shade.
