The room was spacious, brand new, clean. Airco was working fine, and the bathroom was impeccable 👌. The staff were upbeat, positive and helpful.

It is central if in way of going to Ernakulam where the Uber taxi is Rs.330 to Alluva Metro and in metro it is Rs.50 per person to Ernakulam. And to the Airport its only 15 mine drive where there is no traffic at any time of the day as there are diversions to avoid main road.

Entire Residency was well organized and very well maintained. I was so happy, got the nice place to stay with the affordable price.

Perfect spot right by the airport. Stayed here after arrival on a night flight. Got a pickup from the airport, which was a nice extra bonus. It's simple, it's clean. It's not a fancy hotel but for $25/night, it was more than I expected. Room was cute with fun wall decor. Even had a balcony, and a living room. They even provided amenities. Shampoo, soap and even a toothbrush and paste and a shaving kit. Ride from the airport was another $5. Totally worth it. Even included breakfast. I had fresh masala dosa and idli. Staff was super sweet and helpful. I'll be back for another night before I depart.

Loved this cozy boutique hotel with its charming art work and nice staff. We really enjoyed our breakfast and the rooms. We were upgraded to a suite which was really spacious and comfortable. The hotel is also very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service which is extremely helpful.

It’s a new property with Clean Rooms. Overall good experience.
