Location of the property was very easy to search.. easy accessible.. come out of the hotel and watch the beautiful arabian sea.. food was okay okay.. staff is good however a rotten apple can destroy a full basket of good apples.. vintage property!!

Great value hotel in the heart of Colaba, a stone's throw from the Gateway to India, a few doors down from the Taj and right opposite the ocean. Palm Breeze has the basics for a comfortable stay - cool AC, a smart TV, decent sized rooms and security. The manager has a good way with people, is honest and considerate of guests' needs. I got lucky with rooms, getting an outlook over the street and bay, able to watch all the action in an iconic Mumbai neighbourhood. You couldn't get a better location for a stay in Mumbai.

This was a great place to begin my stay in India and get acclimated. Very friendly and helpful staff, very clean spacious room with everything I needed, toiletries, free bottles of water, coffee kettle, quiet room, slept great, good AC, good restaurant in the building, great breakfast included with room, a buffet and the chef woukd also cook free breakfast to order. Excellent location right by the Gateway to India, where many tours start, near the part of town with the most sites to see, a few minutes walk to Colaba marke, the Oberoi hotel, and many restaurants. I had a really great stay for 3 nights.

It was clean, well appointed and the location is perfect for shopping and sightseeing.

Staff, particularly Hussain at front desk, was very courteous and accommodating. Breakfast buffet was hearty, plentiful and delicious. A nice touch was the newspaper delivered to your room each morning. Location in the heart of Colaba, busy section 5 minute walk from Gateway to India.

Staff was amazing. Especially, the people at the Sea Lounge during breakfast were friendly and helpful. The view was amazing. Every one was professional and did their best to make our stay memorable.

Iconic hotel, we stayed in main building, not tower . Like the imperial in delhi a piece of art and history, a must visit for us

The room is small but perfect for people who tour all day and just need a comfy bed to sleep with great AC and the best showers we had in India.

The property is in Colaba and which is behind The Taj Hotel and Gate of India. That is the main attraction. And restaurants and main tourist attractions are just walkable distance .
