Let me begin by saying, exceptional staff, from the moment you step in till the moment you leave the property your are dealt with utmost respect and treated like royalty. Vikrant ,Vishal and Pankaj up in the restaurant make you feel like you are the center of their attention, provided my son with just the tikka sauce gravy as he only wanted that to eat. On Saturday night they play live music and they fulfill your request of any song. The two days I stayed at this property I couldn’t find any reasons to complain and I live in USA so I’m used to staying in Hilton, Marriott, and or Hyatt, I would rate this hotel among this group, please do not change looking forward to staying with you guys the next time I visit India.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at Saraaya Glamps Dharamshala. The Swiss tent experience by the riverside was absolutely amazing and gave us the perfect blend of luxury and nature. The sound of the flowing river, fresh mountain air, and peaceful surroundings made the stay truly refreshing. The Swiss tents were clean, spacious, comfortable, and very well-maintained. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay cozy and relaxing. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy nature and escape the busy city life. A special thanks to Mr. Thakur for being such a fantastic host. He was incredibly polite, attentive, and always ready to help. His warm hospitality made us feel at home throughout the stay. Highly recommended for couples, families, and nature lovers looking for a unique and memorable glamping experience in Dharamshala!
