I didn't like anything. Firstly, the distance between the hotel and Rly.Stn. was very far. The second was that we could not get tea on the morning. Probably, the Sun rises at 8 O' clock in the morning for the hotel. The Room boy was not to be seen for the entire day.

The hotel is exceptionally clean. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the breakfast on the roof top was great as well. The standards of the hotel are comparable to a Best Western or something around the basic American standards. Which was great to have after dealing with a couple sub par hotel on our trip to India.

Very clean, spacious , comfortable room. Tasty , fresh local breakfast like poha, upma, omlettes made to order and hot tea. Excellent location with friendly and extremely helpful staff. Accommodated us through our problems . Would come back again. Thanks guys!

Khokan, Deepak, Subham and Nick are wonderful, made us feel at home. They were very attentive and friendly staff. Always smiling and focus on making their guest feel happy and comfortable. I always wanted to stay at The Fern and finally got the opportunity. For me it was a fantastic location to visit my family. Wish we had more time to explore. Thank you for everything. Clean and well-lighted place with a nice view. We were pleasantly surprised by the helpful staff, tasty breakfast and the facilities overall. The location is especially advantageous considering how close it is to the train station.

I have seen one of the worst hotels because I booked 4 rooms in my family members my request is a previous check in The hotel Manager told me is it ok once I reached the hotel The manager told me the room is not available my total family members are struggled
