Everything was great at whispering willows! Homely food, the hospitable staff, cute cats, and of course the access to forest itself. Special thanks to Akhil, Bipin and Sabari for taking care of us so well. We would love to visit again.

The location is perfect for a nice fun filled vacation with family and friends. It is just about 30km from Ooty, The best thing we liked is we were just minutes away from the safari rides, so many places to visit. The home cooked food is awesome. The host is a great cook and was always happy to serve different varieties. We visited first week of May but the weather was pleasant and rained everyday for about 15-20 minutes between 3-4pm, which made the evenings much cooler. I am looking forward to my trip back here again. You will definitely enjoy your stay here!!!

This is the most authentic wildlife experience retreat I...

This is the most authentic wildlife experience retreat I have ever been to. We stayed at the premium Chalets , which was so comfortable & well constructed, with a completely functional & clean bathroom as well. The food was absolutely delicious, Perfect value for money

Mudumalai is nice.

Mudumalai is nice. But the place where we have stayed Deer Meadows, posted fake photos about their property, which is not yet fully developed, remote, isolate, devoid of host, caretaker, watchman. I highly condemn Booking. Com for this fake property. Fake reviews too.
