The staff are fine and attentive. They have assisted me to order food because we have arrived late night. They have assisted to purchase and provide mosquito repellent electric one because of too many mosquitos. They have assisted to store my luggage when I have visited Munnar trip.

Lovely room with a little balcony and beautiful view of trees. The beds were very comfortable, and there was a desk with two chairs and a second sink to wash our dishes and fruit. Best of all was the staff, they were extremely helpful and accommodating. We will be back!

Lovely hotel and very comfortable. A little way away from Jew Town and other places of interest but a short ride away, a ferry and another tuk tuk and you're there.

Went with my kid .A small hotel with big size rooms. And also the food is very tasty.Staff are very helpful specially the reception guy and the lady.

The property is very cozy with almost everything you need for a short stay. If anything is missing you can always ask for it to the building caretaker Bahadur who is very friendly and helpful. The lady who I believe is the property manager is also very responsive and kind. Overall it was a very comfortable stay for the price we paid
