It was the most terrible hotel stay experience for the last few decades You should remove this property as early as possible from booking.com . Your platform’s credibility is now at stake The property is not accessible even with GPS map , Called the number stated in the confirmation, it was a lady, she in turn gave me another number n told me this number will call you , but in vain . I tried contacting that number which was continuously busy for 15 to 20 mts . I had to stop the vehicle on these times . Anyway after lots of calls I could reach the property It’s a stunning location but owned  unfortunately by someone who does not know what’s hospitality There was no one to receive me except two cleaning people who can’t utter English n they are illiterate couple . After some time one man came did something n gave me some preparation to go with my evening drink After some time Mr Saneesh came and  did something for my dinner They had to go to the market to required materials to prepare the dinner Ok, another grave concern. This is a farm n possibility of deadly snakes n other poisonous rodents are around I had to call my driver to check every corner and under the bed cot n bathroom for any snakes but thank God there was nothing but few cockroach and leaches . He removed them There was nothing kept in the room for hospitality, nothing but basic things At the end when I checked without a bath even , the bill was around 5000(4500 plus food cost) no swiping machine hence I bank transferred the amount I am afraid to say it’s a fraudulent business they do with a stunning property in the bank a famous river Bharathapuzha. You should remove from your platform Regards Suresh RC
