I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious. Best hotel for stay in Rajkot with comfortable price.

The hotel Lords inn in Rajkot stated that they had received no reservation on my name from Booking. Com. As a result I was given no room and I had to search for a room in another hotel. Even when I showed them the confirmation paper from Booking. Com they said it was a mistake made by booking. Com. I urge Booking.com . to take up this matter urgently with the hotel. I should be compensated for the harassment, and the immense difficulty I faced looking for another place. All hotels were full in the city of Rajkot. I found a place in a hotel 50 km away. Please reply to my concern and to this complaint of mine. This matter should be taken up with the hotel.

We were there for 3 nights and had a an excellent time. Breakfast and Dinner was superb!! Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Staff was very friendly and polite.

It’s a new property. It’s excellent for the price range. The rooms are clean, big Smart TV, and very comfortable bed. I’d highly recommend it for budget travel let’s that want a clean and comfortable room.

In this winter when temperature was quite low, water coming out was ice cold in the late evening as well as in the morning. I could not attend the meeting, as no water was flowing in the faucet, as the staff, according to the reception, had forgotten to switch on the motor to transfer the water in overhead tank. There was a big chaos... The service was poor. Property is well maintained. Rooms good. Floors clean but the infrastructure needs to improve.
