One of the best properties we have stayed ever. The staff were super courteous and extremely supportive. The property is very neat, well kept and everything about the hotel was just above expectation. I need to call out some names of people who served us too well surprising industry standards. Mary, Roshni and Natasha from the first floor bar. Extremely courteous. Sony and Holyland from the restaurant on the ground floor offered excellent service. Even the chef Tulsi came to our table and we shared some good feedback with him.

We had a lovely stay at Vivanta Meghalaya. The front desk staff was most kind and helpful. Our chauffeur was courteous and warm. We had several good meals at Mynt, including the complimentary breakfast, of which special mention must be made of the parathas. We found the staff throughout uniformly attentive. The rooms had everything one could desire.

I had such a great stay at Living Roof Shillong! The location is perfect, close to all the main spots, but still really quiet and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and most importantly the owner Mr. Ankit and Mrs. Tamanna they were so good that they even went out to get some local wines for us, out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I could ask for, like a comfy bed, nice toiletries, and a coffee maker and even made sure for our safety and travelling, while returning.

Great staff, quite helpful with suggesting things to do in the area. The room was comfortable, clean and the bathroom had excellent hot water. Nice comfortable chair in the room to sit and read or whatever. Location wise there is a restaurant in the hotel but several others within walking distance. Share taxis go past all the time, 20 rupee ride to Elephant Falls. We walked back. The East Khasi Hills are magnificent.

Centrally located easy access cleanliness

The location is nice—just a short walk from Police Bazaar, making it very convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around the city. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and had a fresh feel to them. I also appreciated that all the basic amenities—hot water, toiletries, WiFi, and a comfortable bed—were available, making the stay comfortable and hassle-free.
