What's not to like- the hotel appearance , the food, beverages, and room were all excellent.

Everything from start to finish was very pleasant. From getting checked in even though there was a glitch on the side of booking.com, the two receptionists Rona and Samuel took care of things quickly and efficiently. The location was prime and the hotel is so welcoming. Absolutely loved the way it’s designed with the colour palettes, marble flooring and modern interior design. The chef Stalin was simply exceptional with the food side of things too. Breakfast is something not to be missed

The property was beautiful and the staff were great. The mall connected to hotel was beautiful. The dinner at hotel was delicious. The bar tenders were fun and very polite.

I had a wonderful stay at this property. The view was amazing, the food was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating

Abad Fort was such a great place to stay. The staff were so, so professional and friendly. I arrived 7 hours later than expected because my train was delayed and they gave me a free upgrade for the trouble of being stuck in Coimbatore for 7 hours waiting for my train. I ordered room service for dinner on my first night there and it was sooooooooo yummy. On my second night I ventured out and purchased food from a local restaurant which was also really, really yummy. Walking the local streets was a blast; trying local food and meeting the local people. You MUST book a Tuk Tuk Tour if you stay here and ask for Jalish. He was so lovely and knowledgeable about the local area.

The rooms are as good as how it shows up on the images shared online and the staff are super accommodative and prudent! :) No surprises and no hassles! Super happy that I chose this property!!
